How payments flow

  1. Step 1

    Request

    Buyer sends dates, quantity and an estimated total.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm

    Provider accepts and the buyer's payment is authorised.

  3. Step 3

    Hold

    Funds sit in escrow with the payment provider, not with Farco Connect.

  4. Step 4

    Deliver

    Work happens; both sides can add notes and evidence.

  5. Step 5

    Release

    Buyer marks complete and the payout clears to the provider.

  6. Step 6

    Resolve

    Disputes pause the payout until Farco Connect support reviews the case.

The usual booking service fee is 5%. When both parties have active launch trials at checkout, the commission is 15% instead: the provider receives 85%. This rate stays fixed for the payment, even if a trial ends before payout. Full refunds of held payments return the booking total without retained commission.

Documents per country

Required documents change by country and category — CSCS and waste carrier registration in the UK, biosecurity plans in Australia, operator competency records in South Africa.

Cross-border checks

Work authorisation, customs paperwork, insurance validity and import permits are confirmed before a cross-border booking is confirmed.

Local rules & tax

Minimum wage, working time, VAT and withholding rules are applied per country, with prices shown in the currency you chose.

Privacy

Listings show approximate areas only. Exact addresses are shared after a booking is confirmed.
